We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day, when ordered before 2pm where ever possible. On odd occasions, we may not be able to adhere to this policy, in which case your order will be with you as soon as possible. Next day Delivery must be ordered before 2pm on Friday.

Goods are delivered using various shippers according to the delivery address and some orders will require a signature upon delivery.

 We will keep you informed on the progress of your order via email & will issue a dispatch confirmation when your order has left our store.

Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)

Please note that if ordering on or near a Bank Holiday, this may affect the dispatch and delivery of your parcel. Please also allow extra time for delays during busy periods.  Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as working days.

Unfortunately, once we have passed your parcel to the courier, it is the responsibility of the courier to fulfil the requested delivery service. In the case of your delivery being late or missed, please check your tracking information in your dispatch notification email and contact the courier directly. If you request for your order to be delivered to a safe place or with a neighbour, this is at your own risk and we are not liable.

In the unlikely event of your order not arriving please email us on Please quote your order number and we will investigate with our couriers and keep you informed via email.


Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges but If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please return it in its original condition & packaging, unworn with all tags attached, un-washed & odour free within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note & receipt. Basically, send items back in the same condition as you received them. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This is indicated in the product description contained on the website

If you return items outside the 14-day return period we will be unable to process your return. If this is the case and you require the item returning to you, you will be required to pay the cost of the postage.


If you are returning shoes to us please do not use the shoebox as the outer packaging. Shoeboxes should be wrapped in plastic or paper packaging before being shipped back to us. Our shoe packaging is reusable.


 When you order with us, we double check that everything is sent out correctly, so you should receive just what you ordered. If we have made a mistake and shipped an incorrect item, we will be happy to sort it out for you if you email


 Throughout the time that your item/s are being processed it will be checked for quality. The final check is done when your order is packed by our despatch team so we are almost certain that you will be happy with the quality of your order. If you are for any reason not 100% satisfied or there is a fault you must contact the Customer Services Department by email at including your name, order number and details of the fault and we will do our very best to ship a replacement, repair the item or refund you.


 Please fully complete the Returns Form you receive with your order. If you do not have a Returns Form within your parcel please email Please note we cannot take responsibility for returned parcels until they are back in our care, therefore we recommend you return them via a trackable service. The item must be repacked, along with the returns form in the same condition as it was received. Return to the address detailed on the Returns Form.

We recommend using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery so your parcel is insured and can be tracked. Pure Heart Boutique cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel whilst in transit. Pure Heart Boutique does not cover the cost of returning the item.


If the item meets all our requirements (unworn, odour free, un-washed with all tags attached) a refund will be made within 14 days of receipt. If you have not received a refund after 14 days please contact our Customer Services Department at Please do not contact Pure Heart Boutique before 14 days has elapsed from our receipt of your return.

 Pure Heart Boutique does not refund the original delivery cost if within 14 days of its receipt the customer has either not returned it to Pure Heart Boutique or notified Pure Heart Boutique of their intention to do so.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure your returned item reaches us safely. We advise that you ship your item/s using a service that insures you for the value and guarantees delivery. Please keep your postage receipt until we have acknowledged receipt of your item/s.

When trying on items of clothing please do not remove the labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, fake tan, make-up or a deodorant that may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. If you are returning shoes please do not use the shoebox as the outer packaging. Shoeboxes should be shipped in mailing bags or packing paper.

 Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.

 Items bought from shows & Fairs can only be exchanged for other goods or a credit note, they cannot be refunded. Wholesale orders are not returnable or refundable. Items bought online cannot be exchanged in the boutique but must be returned to the address above. Faulty items may be exchanged or credit noted.
